Track every position
Fund LP and SPV commitments, direct equity, SAFEs, convertibles, options, and secondaries, with capital calls, distributions, IRR, TVPI and DPI, multi-currency FX, and fund roll-ups behind every number.
Every LP investment, entity, and number your firm tracks, in one workspace that answers questions.
Already in use at a small number of family offices
The reporting, the relationships, and the numbers your firm runs on. Finally in one place, and finally queryable.
Fund LP and SPV commitments, direct equity, SAFEs, convertibles, options, and secondaries, with capital calls, distributions, IRR, TVPI and DPI, multi-currency FX, and fund roll-ups behind every number.
Funds, fund families, SPVs, and portfolio companies, enriched with sector, stage, and geography, and connected to every position you hold.
A full set of books per legal entity: chart of accounts, bank transactions, coding, then reports and an accounting package you can export. Beside them two loan registers (the bank financing an entity carries, and the loans that run inside the group), with interest, terms and maturities.
Forward a statement to your private drop-address, or connect Gmail or Outlook read-only. You choose what we read (one label or folder, a list of senders, or a query), and anything matching it syncs on its own, while an AI filter keeps payslips and invoices out.
Capital account statements, capital call notices and investor reports are parsed into clean records, from PDF, Word or Excel. Every figure stays traceable to its source, and low-confidence extractions wait in a review queue until a human signs off. Twenty-nine further document types, K-1s and LPAs among them, are recognised and stored today rather than parsed. Their extractors land one at a time.
The path, end to end→An internal assistant grounded in your own data and documents. Ask in plain language, and let it record a call or add a valuation, with every write gated behind your approval.
A built-in MCP server, with proper OAuth, puts your portfolio one prompt away in Claude or ChatGPT. Query, summarise, and reason over your numbers from the assistant you already use.
A call notice lands with ten days' notice, in a PDF, from one of a dozen administrators. This is the workspace that turns it into a record, updates the unfunded balance, and tells you what is due before it is due.
Learn more →Every quarter arrives as a folder of PDFs in a dozen layouts. Re-keying them is a week of work that produces no insight. This reads them into your portfolio and keeps the page each number came from.
Learn more →Custodian feeds cover the listed side and stop. Fund LP interests, SPVs, direct holdings, SAFEs and secondaries arrive as documents, quarterly and late, and that is the half most systems treat as an afterthought.
Learn more →Holdings in a GmbH, a foundation, two SPVs and three banks, each with its own spreadsheet and its own reporting date. Consolidation is not the hard part. Being able to defend the total is.
Learn more →Your three sources disagree, and nobody has made an arithmetic error. They counted different cashflows, as of different dates. This computes yours from records you can open.
Learn more →Wealth Management by Zahlenwerk ships with an MCP server, so Claude and ChatGPT can read your portfolio directly. Ask for exposure, reconcile a call, or draft the quarterly update, all grounded in your real data.
It is one workspace for a firm's LP investments, the books behind them, and the documents they came from. Statements are ingested by email, parsed into structured records, and turned into positions, performance and reporting you can query. It is currently in beta.
Family offices running several entities and many manager relationships, and investment managers with funds, SPVs and direct holdings. Both cases share the same problem: the numbers, the documents and the books live in different places.
Three are parsed into records today: capital account statements, capital call notices and investor reports, from PDF, Word or Excel. Every extracted figure stays traceable to the page it came from, and low-confidence extractions wait in a review queue until a person signs off. Another twenty-nine types (K-1s, LPAs, SPV updates, grant letters) are recognised and stored, but not yet parsed. We add extractors one at a time, and we would rather tell you which is which.
Forward them to your private drop-address, or connect Gmail or Outlook read-only and point us at one label, folder or set of senders. Anything that matches syncs on its own; the default is an empty label we create at connect time, so connecting a mailbox never imports it in bulk. An AI filter keeps payslips, invoices and other unrelated mail out.
IRR, TVPI and DPI per position and rolled up, with capital calls, distributions, multi-currency FX and fund roll-ups behind every figure. Each number can be traced back to the statements it was derived from.
Yes. It ships with a built-in MCP server with proper OAuth, so Claude and ChatGPT can query your portfolio directly. There is also an internal assistant grounded in your own data, and every write it proposes is gated behind your approval.
It keeps a full set of books per legal entity: chart of accounts, bank transactions, coding, loans and interest, then reports and an accounting package you can export to your accountant.
