Three packages, priced per team and billed monthly. During the beta we agree the package with you and invoice it.
Beta pricingThese are beta rates. They will go up as the product opens. Firms that sign during the beta keep their rate for the full term of the agreement.
Questions about pricing
What does the AI allowance actually cover?
Reading the statements you send in, the extraction that turns them into records, and the in-app assistant. Practice includes an allowance sized for a firm's normal monthly flow; Professional includes five times that. If you reach the limit, AI features pause and everything else keeps working, and we will talk about topping up rather than quietly billing you for it.
What happens if we go over the seat count?
Nothing breaks. We will agree the extra seats and add them to the next invoice, or amend the SOW if the team has grown into the next package.
We run more than one team. Is each one priced separately?
Yes. A package covers one team in the app, so a firm running separate teams — say one per entity, or a family office keeping a client's books apart from its own — is licensed once per team. That is deliberate: teams are how access and data are kept apart, and we would rather you create the team you need than share one to save on the invoice. Tell us how many you expect and we will put them on one agreement and one invoice.
Can we bring our own AI keys?
On Enterprise, yes: your team's AI runs on your own Google, Anthropic or OpenAI key, billed straight to your provider, and no usage limit from us applies. On Practice and Professional the AI is managed by us and counted against the included allowance.
Where is our data?
In the EU by default. On Enterprise you can run the database in your own tenancy, so it never sits with us at all.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You export it. It is in the agreement, it is not conditional on why you are leaving, and it applies to everything you put in, not a summary of it.
