The studio
Zahlenwerk means, literally, a work of numbers. We are an independent software studio in Berlin-Charlottenburg, led by its founders, who scope, design, and build every project themselves. No account managers, no hand-offs, no layer between you and the people writing the code.
Between us we have built workforce tooling for a 1,000 person reorganisation at Airbus and sales reporting at SPREAD AI. Today we split our time between client work and our own product, Wealth Management by Zahlenwerk.
Most products built on messy data fail at the modelling stage, long before anyone argues about a button. We map the process and model the data first, so the interface has something solid to stand on.
Design that never meets an implementation constraint turns into rework. We keep design and engineering in the same team, so what gets drawn is what gets shipped.
We build things we have to maintain, and we use our own product daily. That tends to remove the features nobody needed and surface the ones that were missing.
