Built for investment managers

Every fund, SPV and direct holding, with the performance maths already done and the source document one click behind each number.

Already in use at a small number of family offices

What usually gets in the way

Performance maths lives in a model, not a system

IRR, TVPI and DPI get rebuilt in a spreadsheet each quarter from cashflows someone typed in. The number is only as current as the last person who had time.

Reporting season is data entry

Capital account statements arrive from every administrator in a different layout. The work of reading them is the work, and it happens under deadline.

Nobody can trace a number back

When an LP asks why a mark moved, or an administrator restates a quarter, there is no route from the figure in the report back to the document it came from.

What you get instead

Cashflows in, metrics out

Commitments, capital calls, distributions and valuations feed IRR, TVPI and DPI continuously, rolled up by fund, by vintage, or across the whole book, in your reporting currency.

Every instrument you actually hold

Fund LP and SPV positions, direct equity, SAFEs, convertible notes, options and vesting schedules, and secondary purchases, rather than a model that only understands fund commitments.

Statements parsed, provenance kept

Capital account statements, call and distribution notices, K-1s and LPAs are read into structured records across more than thirty document types, each figure linked to its source and its source type.

Your portfolio inside Claude and ChatGPT

A built-in MCP server, with proper OAuth rather than a pasted key, lets you query exposure or draft an LP update from the assistant you already use, grounded in live data.

Questions we get

How are IRR and TVPI calculated?

From the underlying position events, not from a summary you maintain. Each capital call, distribution and valuation is a dated record, so the metrics recompute whenever the inputs change and you can inspect what went into them.

What happens when an administrator restates a quarter?

Because every valuation carries a reference to its source document and source type, you can find every figure that came from the superseded statement rather than guessing which numbers moved.

Can the assistant write to the portfolio?

Only with your approval. It can propose recording a cashflow or adding a valuation, the interface shows exactly what will change, and a person confirms. Reads are open, writes are gated.

Can we share a view with an LP or a colleague?

Yes. A fund or report can be shared read-only through a link, and recipients can fork a shared collection into their own account if they want to work with it.

Bring us a quarter of statements

We are onboarding a small group of managers. Send us a representative quarter and we will show you what comes out the other side.
